Roo and Heffalump are planning on going Trick or Treat for Halloween until rascally Tigger tells them about the Gobloon, a monster that transforms those he catches. However, should the Gobloon be caught first, it will grant its captors a single wish. That night, after Pooh eats too much Halloween candy, Roo and Heffalump decide to sneak out and investigate the story of the Gobloon. But what will happen if Tigger's tale is true?
